Shipping and bad hair

I have ordered from them in the past with good experience. But this recent two purchases have been the worst. Customer service is terrible!! The hair is shedding like crazy! I still have not received my hair order and it has been almost 4 weeks. Looked on USPS site and they didnt ship it out until 3 days ago!!! And blamed it on COVID. This is so sad that they are putting the blame on COVID. USPS has been on time with there orders. Yea they might be a little behind due to holiday orders and COVID. But not 4 weeks, So the blame is on them.

This establishment has no customer service whatsoever. The owner does not care about the people that patronize this place. Thats the reason why they do not have a review section on their website. No use using the contact us option , no one will contact you.

The Absolute Worst

I recently received order and paid for install. I am out of 400 total. This hair is shedding so bad its its everywhere on the floor on my clothes in all my hair utensils. You cant come or brush. At this rate the wefts will be empty in less than a month. last time ordering ever! Disappointed!

I'm a first time customer of Iwearglam and received my product 7 days after the order. I ordered the Brazilian Curly Frontal. The picture advertised yes said it will differ, but when I received it, the pattern was NOT what I expected at ALL. I immediately contacted them by email as they recommended and requested a refund? The reply was they do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is damaged and that I would need to wash it to loosen the curls. There is no way in H.... that washing these curls will loosen the look. Today I called and spoke to the owner. They don't have actual pictures of the Frontal Curl Pattern you a buying. What they show is a Body Wave for the Curly, she refused to refund me or exchange and ultimately hung up on me. Even though this company quotes due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation,they can NOT accept refunds, if it is regulated due to sanitation, then why do other company allow refunds? From a 20 year weave purchaser, I would not buy again from this company.

Horrible Shipping and communication

Bottom line, the shipping is garbage and so is their communication. Only thing that good is the hair. I have been buying hair constantly since 2015 and if i didn’t love the quality of the hair i wouldn’t purchase from them again!!

Poor Customer Service, Cheap Quality Product

Ok guys, so you all know that I’m not one to be petty! But I’m really disappointed in @iwearglam the customer service i received yesterday from @toileonnah and her staff was so unprofessional!

I bought this DEEP WAVE CLOSURE, from @iwearglam at 6:45p right before they closed. I got to my hair appointment & this is what came out of the bag. As you see, the closure is not a good quality, it’s balding state, basically alopecia! I understand that the store has a policy in place for no exchanges or refunds, however there is an exception to every rule when you’re handing these out.

So i politely call the store, speak with the employee explain the issue. She reiterates the policy & suggests i come by. I get there, of course she assumes I’ve done something to the hair. We text back and forth @toileonnah and she wouldn’t take ownership in the fact that this was a poor quality closure & instead suggests that my stylist is not familiar with this style.

I stay in the store for about an 1 hour. Explaining/Demanding a refund, after multiple text messages between @toileonnah @iwearglam and myself she refuses to return it. I have shown this closure to 3 professional “popular” hair stylist today! None of them want to use it and all of them thinks that @iwearglam should exchange it...

moral of the story! People blow up and lose quality in their product. DONT SUPPORT I WEAR GLAM!

I ordered 6 bundles of hair in total 2 different types of texture and these stupid *** idiots sent the wrong hair than when i asked to have my money reimbursed for the difference of what i paid for and what they sent the stupid broke *** *** stop emailing me. Thats why i dont loke ordering from broke *** mfs smh sad asf. Try to support your people and look how the treat you. Thats why im never supporting u low lifes mfs again

Brazillian Body Wave Hair Review

Terrible customer service the girls at the Dearborn location tell u 5-7 days for delivery and mu hair still haven't arrived. There is nothing that they will try to do to satisfy the customer. I was recommended by my co worker i will never do business with them again, and i will spread the word. Dont order from i wear glam. Very unprofessional
