Spoke to a person at the company and I was told they do not have any hair in stock, therefore they wont be able to fulfill orders until they get their shipment it, you need to shut down your site, stop taking orders, refund everybody their money back until you are able to operate. I am Pissed

No shipping number, going on my second week waiting for a shipping number, call customer service and they have no answers, very unprofessional, and apparently understaffed. Who ever the owner is, is making a killing and not putting her money back into the professional side of the business.

Can't get a refund, PayPal account was deducted over a week ago and still no shipping number, no body can find the order or give me any answers, I'm not rich and $300 is a lot to just wait on. There is no customer service number apparently this is a store and I was told that I would have to email them and I might get a refund in 5 days.

I have order 10 and 20$ supplies offline and got better customer service than this $300 order. Buyer beware!!!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. user47354412 stated that there is a room for improvement of no tracking number and bad smell and bad customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of i wear glam shipping service and associated monetary loss in the amount of $310. I Wear Glam needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
