ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! If you dont have money to waste then stay far away from this hair company.

I ordered my hair Oct 31.

I spent over $200 Plus $10 for shipping and handling. It is Nov 12 and I still have not received the hair. I've sent emails, called and wrote on their instagram page; still no response or answers.

My 25th birthday event is one day away and its looking like my hair won't be done and I don't have the extra $$ to purchase new hair. I've been trying now for 2 DAYS to get a refund and they will not respond
