I order my hair Sept. 16th 2015.

I emailed the company Monday the 21st pertaining to my package because i received no UPS tracking number or nothing. I received an email this morning the 23rd stating that my package will take 3-5 business days. I received another email around 2pm with my tracking number from Paypal. It says I will not receive my package until Monday the 28th.

Thats crazy. I emailed I Wear Glam and told them im returning the package and want my money back. To pay $320 for some hair they take too *** long to mail out. I contacted Paypal too, they will refund all my money when i refuse the package.

I guess now ill go to the local beauty supply store. I will never order from them again!!!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of bad customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of i wear glam hair extension and associated monetary loss in the amount of $320. I Wear Glam needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.

Worse customer service ever...they are sooo rude! I have never experienced anything like this before...ordered my hair on the 10th of sept kept emailing no tracking number nothing...they are very corny people please beware of places you order hair from!
